DEPOSIT > | APPLY > | VISIT > NO TUITION INCREASE FOR 2020 INCOMING UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS Kettering University will lock tuition, room and board rates for incoming undergraduate students at last year’s rate. The University has no academic fees in addition to tuition. Because the University offers a fixed-rate tuition guarantee, all students at Kettering pursue their degrees without ever seeing their tuition increase or being charged an academic fee. The no-increase decision for the 2020-21 academic year amplifies the University’s ongoing commitment to providing a quality, accessible education. In a bold step to kick off the next century, Kettering University broke ground on the construction of the Learning Commons on February 5, 2020. The 105,000-sq.-ft building will bring multiple state-of-the-art venues to campus encompassing dining, collaboration and performance facilities as well as new digital, learning and maker spaces. As the cornerstone of the University's Boldly Forward campaign, construction is expected to be completed by 2022. GRANT HELPS GENESEE COUNTY KIDS EXPERIENCE KETTERING STEM CAMPS A recent $2,500 grant from the Child Welfare Society of Flint will help Kettering University provide STEM-themed experiences and opportunities to Genesee County elementary, middle and high school students through its Pre-College Programs. The Pre-College Programs offer residential and non-residential courses and camps for first through 12th graders that cover STEM-themed topics such as cybersecurity, rockets, Java and autonomous programming, 3D printing, robotics and more.
